Have you been fobbed off by an airline because of reasons for your delay originated with security issues/unaccounted baggage (that kinda thing)? What did you argue back (or not), win or lose, let me know please

You have to show some liability on the airline. If all flights were delayed because of a security alert in the terminal meaning bags weren't loaded or had to be unloaded and re checked because of a suspicious person in the terminal and the fear that not all the bags had gone through all the necessary checks, then you may have a problem. If yours was the only delayed flight, then the problem appears to be the airline's not the airport. Perhaps you could be a little more specific identifying the airline, day and airport (that kinda thing as you night say) and someone may be able to shed more light on the issue
  • Unfortunately I've tried with no response, so I appear to be a unique case & thus will be seeking advice from no win no fees bods
