18 month contract, can I get out after 12?

Hi guys,

I've got a t-mobile contract which is 18 months long. I have had the contract for 12 months now. I really want to get out but they are asking for just over £100 to cancel the contract.

Anyone know what my status is????

Well I would have said a contract is a contract. Unless they are in breach of the law or their own terms then you are stuck.

Unless you can find another provider to 'buy out' your contract - and then you join them.

catch is you sign another contract LOL

18 month contract ur got 6 months left ...only way out is lower tariff to lowest possible, and then pay it off ....wats the point u might as well keep it for the next 6 just lower it so ur paying less ....
