RSS feed for weekly email tips?

While I do receive the weekly email, it does bother me somewhat. I prefer to keep email for personal contact with people, rather than newsletters and the like. I see email as a way for people to communicate with me instantaneously, and is something I check whenever I get an email, in case it's important. I'd prefer to read the weekly tips, newsletters, etc., in my own time.

What I'm suggesting, is that there could be an RSS feed for the weekly tips, just like how it works for the blog and forums. This way people can subscribe and read the tips in any feed reader, instead of it going directly into the email inbox. It's also much more versatile. I don't know how useful it would be for other people, but I'm sure it must sound good to someone. I'm not that unique.

It should be fairly trivial for anyone reasonably tech-savvy to implement, too. I've done similar things myself.
