OSPS Price Match question
Right - I've gone for one of the OSPS Price Match 12 month free deals. I realise many on this forum advised against these deals because of the stringent T & Cs....and I'm beggining to think you were right!
I had to send faulty phone 1 back after a few days - got an exchange. Had to send faulty phone 2 back after a few days - got an exchange. I now have 3 sets of paperwork, with 3 different transaction numbers.
Now, the cash back claim form asks for the transaction number. I think it best to put the original transaction number on the cash back claim form and put details of the other 2 transaction numbers on a covering letter.
OSPS will not supply advice on cashback after 10 days from purchase - i'm beyond that.
Does anyone have a better idea about completion of the cash back form, in these circumstances?

IS it later than 10 days after the LATEST new phone? I would ignore the 10 day bit - the t&c were stolen from a cmpetitor and Onestop hasn't thought them through. Try an email to get written confirmation. SOMETIMES they can be helpful. Also try calling customer services (check out Saynoto0870 for a geographical number!)0

Thanks - I will try the e-mail route as this will give me a written answer (if they do answer).0

I did this - the info was available shortly after I purchased (I've got a screen print:D ) but this has now disappeared. I assume its disappeared because its more than 10 days after purchase.0 -
It shouldn't do - should be there throughout the 12 months. But, then, their system is crap and when it goes wrong they don't do much to sort it!0
