Hmmm, we have recently replaced a similar IBM at work, and the 3rd party who took them off our hands is selling them to employees, without a DVD writer, but with XP Prof and a 15" LCD screen for £75.
(I bought one for the FIL, upped the memory to 512Mb, put in a DVD writer, and he is truly chuffed - as someone else said, these are bombproof).
£45 to £50 ish sounds about right to me.
