Ok you warned me and i would'nt listen,
Took a P990i as an upgrade, what a pile of pants. been looking over the net and finding everyone has the same prob as me, crashing, losing time etc. etc.
Had a nice chat to Orange about it and they have ofered a repair but im not feeling confident about it. Currently using my D600 instead.
Im stuck with this phone for the rest of the contract are'nt I?
Sent Sony Ericsson a nice email about the phone.
Any ideas?

If i were you, i would debrand the phone by using kulankendi to get rid of the orange crap on the phone and use SEUS (sony ericsson update service) to update the phone to the latest firmware which should have less bugs in it.
debranding should make the phone as SE wanted it to be (not how orange wanted it to be) and speed it up. AFAIK the best firmware is generic world 10
