¡Hola!
:bdaycake: Betheebee
Congrats Miss Dumpling
Well we are almost packed, just need a quick clean through, and eat up some chicken legs and salad for tea, with a few new pots for DH. Skye occupied with a bone
Not heard any fireworks yet, and will mainly be displays here, but Skye isn't bad with bangs. She was brilliant until an overhead clap of thunder shook her here.
Up & off at 7 am in the morning all things being equal, heading for Pau via the Pyrenees, which should be in their autumn coat.
Hope you get a new fur baby soon LW and HH you had better be pacing yourself at work.
(((hugs))), Spoons, Positive Vibes, and Hi-5's all round.
Take care everyone. DGMember #8 of the SKI-ers Club

Evening all
Freezing at work today as the window fitters were working in my room so the double doors were open, brrr.
Left work, went to butchers for bacon, got home put bacon into separate bags and then into freezer, drove back to work to collect hubby, cooked tea, ate tea, cleared up and now I can sit down with a cuppa and my knitting, phew, I'm knackered already.
Have a good evening everyone.
Hugs HesterChin up, Titus out.0 -
Wow, well done! I've not done anything like that today

Well in fairness, I don't have children to take to school or work outside of the home. I don't have places to go or people to see. My life is pretty simple really.
I am pretty pleased I did most of what I set out to do. I didn't bleach the side of the house but since our bin men have changed the dates of our collection from Monday to Thursday, I have 6 bin bags ready to be collected so i'll wait until they have all been collected before I bleach the area where they are kept.
I'm tired now.:(This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Evening everyone
Been reading every day just not managing to post much at the moment. Don't know where the time goes. Spend most evenings helping ds2 do his homework (major battle of wills). I do most of the reading and scribing for him as he gets help in the majority of his lessons at school and will also be entitled to a reader and scribe in the majority of his exams in year 11. I have also gone back to college again to continue studying for level 3 counselling, do 3 hours a week plus homework. I really need to get organised round the house, it really needs decluttering and sorting, not just doing the everyday jobs.
os today kitchen cleaned, dinner made, floors mopped downstairs to get rid of muddy paw prints.
