I have had my vodafone contract for just over a month now and would like to transfer my old t-mobile number to my vodafone contract. i have been told by vodafone that this is not possible even though I have a pac code. Vodafone have told me that it is only possible to transfer a number over at the point of new connection and not after. Is this true?

Don't see any reason why you cant port your number from T-Mobile to Vodafone.

Give this number a call 08080 945 945 and see if the advisors at Vodafone can help.

I transferred a number to voda no probs

Phone the number above and ask to speak to a supervisor, don't take no for an answer. They do appear to have some real halfwits working for them at the moment. It seems to be pot luck with Voda whether you get someone who knows what he or she is doing, or someone that can't be bothered.

Agree with u totally, my number transferred to vodafone on Friday, still waiting for phone and new sim to arrive tho :eek: chased up the phone a few times prior to number port and the idiots just fobbed me off.

i believe u have 6 months to transfer after the point of sale

I work for Voda, and dnt consider myself to be a halfwit! And as far as im aware, a PAC code for transfer from another network can only be used @ the very start of the transfer request!
