Thomson changing holiday

Hi I hope this is in the right section! Long time lurker looking for some advice. We have booked an all inclusive holiday with Thomson holiday for December. They have just emailed today to say that they made a mistake and all inclusive drinks are now not included. They say they will refund for this but I want what we paid for originally. Before I call them up I just wondered if they are able to do this? Thanks

Proba not the right place try consumer rights section . It stinks and they will have their bases covered . If the hotel is AI you may have a chance with their good nature . If it's not your stuffed probs, good luck:cool: hard as nails on the internet . wimp in the real world :cool:0

Welcome to MSE. Like Greenface says you will probably get better advice on the consumer forum regarding this matter. Here is the link for you to post on that forum.
