HELP::Strategic or Monarch Airlines?

Hi all,
Until recently I was unaware that you can claim back for delayed flights. Having found this out, I began researching for a flight I was delayed on back in 2011. My question is, we booked our holiday through Olympic holidays, we were originally meant to fly with Monarch but before our holiday the flights were changed to Strategic Airlines, this was fine until our returning flight was delayed by nearly 12 hours. Do I complain to Monarch or Strategic as on the main compensation page on MSE, Strategic is an unavailable option but Monarch is there?

Flight no STU2759 from Zante to Gatwick, if anyone else has had the same problem?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

claim is against the operating airline - Strategic...if you search the forum there are about 30 posts that mention them...but many mention that they went out of business, if so there would be no claim

i am currently pursuing compensation claim for this flight in small claims court.Can anyone possibly provide me with any letters from monarch explaining reasons for delay of 26 hours to this flight it would be greatly appreciated and a massive help.
