Santander data leak or address book assault ? AKA Direct Debiting Seminar Invite.

Its JUST SPAM. Some of you must be new to the internet or something....
I may have gone a little off-topic there, but the point was that "santander" appeared in the from address, making me wonder if this particular spam was being targeted at Santander customers. strange if so, given the content, but it could mean the spammer knows they have Santander customer's addresses.
I don't normally receive any spam, but recently I've been getting a fair bit. 100% of it is sent to the address I've only ever given to Santander. Now they seem to be coming from addresses spoofed to look as if they are from Santander as well.0
