Just looked, so it's a download to ccleaner and the drivers are for the acer things, but that one looks to technical for me, so if that is where I look to reinstall the webcam, I'm sure going to need your help/guidence please.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Have a look in the Device Manager to see if any Drivers are missing.

As long as Drivers are installed, the webcam should work with Skype. The Orbicam application should be separate from that.
