Time For Me To Update, Any Tips??

evening all, my contract with orange is due for renewal/update and i was wondering if you guys had any advice or helpful tips on how to get a better deal.

currently i have a samsung d600 and my tariff is DirectPlan200 which gives me 200 cross network/landline minutes and 500 txt's per month for £25.00, my bills normally amount to £35-£45 per month by the time i add on the itemised billing, insurance, V.A.T. etc etc.

I've never used more than what my tariff gives me, an average month would see me use approx 150 minutes and 300 txt's.

i'm wanting to upgrade my handset to a LG Shine (any views on this handset btw?) and hoping to reduce my monthly bill at the same time.

The thing is i've been with Orange for a long time now, since the days of the Nokia 3310!! and i everytime i upgrade i always come away feeling like they've gave me nothing in return for my loyalty to them.

i have friends who are on some incredible tariffs, compared to mine, a couple of them even got free Nintendoe Wii's on the previous upgrade, and i think its about time i got my slice of the pie!

So, any links, tips or advice to help me towards a new handset, cheaper bills and a free games console or t.v. would be most appreciated, i wait with baited breath.
