I recently visited a three store to upgrade my plan to the one plan sim only 12 months at £15 per month.
My current plan/package is the old sim 15: 300 mins, 2gb data 3000 texts, and the changeover is due on the 23rd of November, with my current package staying active until then.
At the same time as this i also changed my sim card to a micro sim as i have a nexus 5 on order.
Soon after that my sim card died and i changed it to the new one as instructed in the store, I then received a text saying i was approaching my credit limit, and upon checking i now have a charge for £33.40 for out of data usage (16.3475mb) this is despite the fact that i still have 1,535mb of data remaining.
I contacted Three (333) and they said it would be cancelled and i can continue using my phone as normal, however when checking my three the charge is still there.

They'll have applied a credit to your account that'll appear on your next bill. If it's not on your next bill best to call and double check.0
