We're switching Your BT Account to broadband Account 2013
My broadband is with sky but I have a btinternet email account. A couple of months ago I received an email informing me it was going to stop but it was re-instated after complaints. I have received an email regarding the above and ask me to switch by clicking a link. I do not understand what that means but I guess if I click on the link, I an giving bt permission to switch to their BB. Thanks

Reads as BT EMail now only available to those that are paying for it as part of a BT package .

You can keep bt email address by paying a monthly charge. (£1.60).0

We don't know what BT are offering you unless you post the link. But it takes 5 minutes to sign up for a Gmail account: free and ISP-independent forever.
On what basis did you complain? Why would you expect BT to provide a free email service if you are no longer their customer?No free lunch, and no free laptop
