A new wonder of the world to be built in London

Any environmental gain from a few plants in Central London will be more than lost by the damage done by so much concrete.
With the lack of building land in Central London, I've often thought they should rebuild an inhabited London bridge. Imagine how much the Russians and Arabs would pay to live on it. You could even stick some bushes on the roof.Been away for a while.0 -

This is a good idea
You could build 50 such bridges with 50,000 apartments with a population of some 100k-125k inhabitants
It would greatly help supply and be close to jobs eliminating lots of tube train bus and car trips0 -
So Osbourne bunged the garden bridge idea 30 million and Boris gave 30 mil from the TFL budget, so now looks like the bridge will be built for sure.Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.0
