Hey all,

appreciate any advice, i have read through the threads on the forum but a bit lost as to where to go now

got a PCN on august 2013, from CMS
unfortunately read some old adbice that said ignore so been doing this
recently searched again and seen that is old advice
so now its very late and i cant appeal again CMS through there system

got a letter from GPB solicitors stating £150 due on sept 2012
noticed theyve been closed down now when i checked the website
and now getting a lot of calls from roxburghe, saying i owe money.

to be honest, i parked in a car park, turned out to be private property, and the notice board was tiny, and hidden behind a tree

just want it all to go away now, any advice would be appreciated?

thanks a lot

Naz

Yes ignore Roxburghe as they will not take you to court, as you have seen GPB has been closed down by the SRA for various reasons I believe. If you get a notice before claim come back here for advice

Have you complained to the landowner/retailer? That is the quickest way to get this charge cancelled.

As far as GPB are concerned, sorry to disappoint, but if CMS want to take you to the SCC, they'll just use different solicitors.
I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.

It was a car park, with a theatre next to it, so im guessing there they're the ones to go after. I'll go have a try with them, but ive already spent more time on this than its worth :@
I just dont want them to win now !

Well I wouldn't unless you get a notice before claim, you are almost at the end of the scam I think now, and IMO you should just continue to ignore for now. But as GPB has closed we haven't seen what their intensions are since then. It's a little bit of a gamble right now, but nothing that cannot be would back to the driver before a claim is made.

yep sounds good, and lastly would you bother telling roxburgh that there is no debt, and to stop contacting me, as i have now declined there is a debt it could constitute as harrassment?
