Lifetime Channel on Virgin Channel 242

We have seen advertised that a new channel called Lifetime will be shown on Virgin Media Channel 242 from 4th november 2013. At the moment on Virgin channel 242 we have Bio TV. Is Lifetime the same programmes just changing the name of the channel, or is Bio closing down and being replaced by a completely different channel with new and different programmes.

    I have seen Lifetime TV forthcoming programmes advertised a lot recently of Sky Living channel. Is it a Completely New channel, a Revamped channel or a Renamed channel. Apparantly it will shown on Virgin Media Channel 242 (currently allocated to Bio channel) and Sky EPG channel 156 (also Bio). Is the Bio channel being renamed, replaced or moved to another channel number. Presumably Lifetime TV channel will not be available on Freeview.
