Orange keep taking out direct debits

I have been with orange for years and have three phones with them. I've never had a problem with them.., til now.
It started when Orange decided I'd sent them a letter to cancel one of the phones (never happened). They've managed to cancel the phone twice, not reactivated the phone in spite of promises it had been, reactivate the phone but not the internet access etc etc. 9 phone calls later I had a years worth of rental taken from my account in one month (in spite of this happening because of their error) in spite of them supposedly stopping this month's direct debit to stop this happening lol. I phoned them as soon as I received the bill.
As my contracts end, I will be changing networks. I've never ever experienced such incompetence. I will never EVER ever take broadband from them (they offered such a thing free because of the errors with the account, I laughed as I already had fibre from another provider who actuallly manages to do what they say they will).0 -
Still no bill or any form of communication from them, the service was officially cancelled on 12th Dec. They have not re-instated the DD which they were authorised to do on 28th Nov and I have no access to the on line account as that is disabled as soon as the service is terminated. Perhaps they are not going to bother with the 2 days broadband (75p) and maybe they now realise there is not a disconnection fee to pass on ........ or am I just dreaming. My complaint letter has been sitting waiting in my word folder for over 2 months now.0
