Claim through English or Scottish small claims

We booked our holiday with Thomas Cook on-line, we live in Scotland so do we claim via the Scottish Or English (where the company is based) small claims process?

You can only serve thru English small claims if you have an address in England, and similar for ScotlandIf you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide
