Cannot see emails on btinternet query

Can someone help this technophobe with an email query I have with btinternet.com. I have recently noticed that you only seem to be able to access the emails on the current page of the inbox. I was trying to look for an email I received last month but the screen only lets me go back to 12 October. I deleted some emails and hoped it would bring up some more emails but it did not. I never used to have this problem and could look at emails from months ago but recently this seems to have stopped. Is this anything to do with the change from btyahoo to a different page where I now get directed to bt.com and have to select the email option and have all my old emails been deleted after bt changed its email systems?:question:

I've set yahoo as my home page and all my btinternet emails come up on there. Maybe worth a try?
