Never ever ring a PPC, especially not a dodgy one that works from behind a pub!

They have to respond within 35 days so could be early next month. Relax and read up on how to win at POPLA, as posted above in readiness for you.

Good news
they sent a letter to my head office saying as a good will gesture they will cancel the charge.
apparently one of my directors spoke to them direct,im unsure what he said but it worked.

I would like to think that a combo of the Director and this appeal letter was enough to make UKCPS fold! :rotfl:
