Talkmobile - worst top-up website?
Options
Just tried to navigate my way through the Talkmobile PAYG top-up website to add £5 to my phone credit. I failed miserably.
I had just completed an on-line top-up on EE/Orange which worked OK (I'll give 6/10) and then I logged on to Talkmobile. Oh dear.
From the off, the site appeared counter-intuitive (to me at least). There were several things that confused me but worst of all, I couldn't work out a way to view my outstanding credit. In the end, I resorted to using the phone to view credit.
Next, my card was out of date so I clicked on the EDIT option which was nothing of the sort. Why can't I edit an outdated card? Couldn't even remove it so it sits there, useless, just adding to the clutter on the page. I had to add a new card which, in fairness, wasn't difficult (you missed an opportunity there, Talkmobile).
And when, finally, I pressed the OK button (or whatever it was), I got a message that said...
The service is temporarily unavailable - try again later.
Tell me this at the start!!! (rating 0/10 - Hopeless)
