Hi does anyone use these apps ? has anyone ever had any problems with them ? Considering using santander app

I love the Natwest App.
Can view all my accounts
Can easily transfer money between my accounts.
Send cash to people (although I've never done this)
Withdraw cash from an ATM if you have forgotten your debit card
