He cited terrible service, poor claims handling and a lack of interest in the needs of the customer.I think this is quite smart. He may not have wanted other members of staff to be able to view his policy details at the drop of a hat. Also if he wanted to make any changes it's probably best that it is carried out by someone he knows as it could cause questions
