Direct Line Home Insurance M&S voucher offer

HI, just tried to get a quote with DL for my home insurance following yesterdays email. The on line quote directed me to call them direct because of the property type, and they said there was no MSE offer for home insurance, only car insurance. Anyone had similar issues?
