all typical bluff and bluster, its clearly not a genuine pre estimate of loss and POPLA will see through the guff they have put forward, especially if thsy included signage and parking lines and anpr cameras and enforcement officers and other running costs that are nothing to do with your error

Good to hear. Yeah I'm sure the cost will include the cost of burning a short clip to DVD too (perhaps the 48p)! The POPLA decision was supposed to have been at the end of January. I emailed POPLA who said that a decision hadn't been made and that the dates were just a guidance. Fingers crossed for some positive news this week.0
