Err, well you have heard of them if they are asking you for these details! Where did you find them? Were they recommended to you? Have you asked them why they need your passport?

Are they professionals (eg qualified solicitors) regulated by some recognised body (eg Law Society)?

If they want your business, it's up to them to demonstrate their credentials to you.

There are other firms - why not look through posts on here and you will see one name which crops up on a regular basis.

gordonmc73 hasn't logged in since posting. I refer you to the questions that I posed to his posting.

A quick look at their website doesn't reveal any office location (just a PO Box). I couldn't immediately see any claim to be a member of any regulated body or to have legally qualified staff. The domain appears to be registered through some service that provides anonimity to the registrant.

The registered office of the legal entity in the terms and conditions is (per Companies House) a residential address and the business is given as "Business and domestic software development"

    The terms include this:

"Claim4Flights.com is not liable for any loss for the quality or the manner its work and service are carried out."

If I read it correctly, that's quite an unusual term for a business offering professional services.

None of the above suggests that the organisation is anything less than absolutly bona fide and competely trustworthy.

Their Twitter account does appear to be updated regularly. They are following our own Socrates - and next to him Tamzin Outhwaite!
