Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.

People used to sell their London house and move to the country and now they can sell their house and move to one twice the size. It's my reckoning pretty soon, you'll be able to sell and buy somewhere three times bigger in the sticks.

It's a good trajectory and it's only heading one way in my mind.

Jesus the state agent called today and said scrap the 350 evaluation the last sale in the area now means it's worth 390k.

    That's a 38% rise in 20 months !!!

Amazing. By this time next year it should worth 598% more.

Fair play that is a good return that can't be argued against.

It's unreal, it's like winning the lottery.

The thread title is already old news, in one week. !!!!!! !!!

I reckon the government might panic a bit when these stats start showing.

I know you're not joking, nor am I. My house value increased £500 just while I typed this.

Let's celebrate these huge rising house prices
