Out of interest, what else do you suggest ?

I'd move out of the smoke and have something built in a more rural area.

.....I don't mind reading dryhat's ill-informed posts. His level of ignorance on bitcoin security and the cryptograhic technology behind it is quite amusing actually.

Then why don't you explain what you know and what I'm missing...

    I'm all ears.

I could discuss bitcoin with you till you're blue in the face, and explain you all about merkle roots and x690 protocols, but with all respect, judging from statements like the one quoted below, I'm afraid I'd be wasted on you.

And the returns over the next 20 months will again be greater than anyhthing property has to offer - even with leverage.

Anyway, the info is out there. Read up on it and get informed. Knowledge is power.
Don't blame me, I voted Remain.

As far as I know dryhat bought into Bitcoin near the bottom, which means that he has made quite a bit of profit.

Nah, you don't see such desperate ramping from someone who has already made their money, you get it from someone who has jumped onto the bandwagon a little late and is sweating.

The smart money usually get out of a market when the general public start piling in.

Ha, he does have a point , I don't know anyone that owns them yet. But be careful dry hat, the moment mr bitcoin gets nicked for not paying his taxes etc or gets Brought into the Silk Road court chananangans etc, the price may BOMB.
Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.

These sort of rises are not unusual these days.

I bought a BTL in SW11 for just under £250k in early 2009. Flats in the same block are now going for £425k.

£175k rise while the tenants pay the mortgage?

    Result!

    ;)
