How many of you are there?
You would have 2 legs - maybe cut these in two so you have four joints?
2 shoulders - maybe get one boned and rolled?
chops
Offal - 2 kidneys, heart, liver.
2 breasts
Neck fillets
Apologies if I'm being thick here, but why just two legs?0 -

The other two are shoulders.

Thank you so much. Amazing what you get to know on here.:)0 -
The front legs of a sheep are very thin with hardly any meat on them. The back legs are quite muscular - handy for running uphill!
sounds like a bargain! if you don't want it all would a neighbour or friend go 'halves' with you?
I adore lamb and so does OH - but the price of it! we can rarely afford it! and I wouldn't say we were particularly mean with the food budget.
my mouth is watering - if you get those lovely loin fillets - lamb medallions cooked very simply in a little oil, then a lovely rich sauce - with new potatoes, peas............................................oh sorry, was off into a lamb fantasy then!0 -
Its a good deal, but will it come ready cut, (which could cost at least £40) or will you be skinning it first?:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

Surprised to see this post. We got a lamb killed at the start of the week and it has been hanging. Tomorrow we are getting it butchered for £20. The whole lamb was £70 so under £100 but its for the freezer as we will use other meat.0
