    do you have an overnight carer? If not you will only qualify for the shared accommodation rate. Have you actually signed on the dotted line for this property before knowing what payment you will receive?

    Don't forget that council tax and water and heating are likely to be significantly higher.

    I don't know anybody single or otherwise that would be happy in a 1 bed flat - what is it 350 square feet? Not much bigger than an animal shelter.

    I did it 45 years ago when I first left home - I soon moved and bought my own 3 bed place. Grief where would people put their guests who want to stay over?

    As for the property, I would never, never live on a council estate. To me it is and always has been where I live.
