Hey Kerri - sorry to hear about your bad news x 2:(
NSD really not the most important thing at times

Martin is on Ch3 - I am also tuned in
    You'll catch it on +1 if you've missed it.

Few struggling with NSD today - maybe its something in the air? but well done Stranded, you didn't manage the NSD but you did work towards one, and you can see what you need to do to capture that elusive NSD next time (own brand 'formerly called Marathon' in my pocket is my secret for avoiding a chocolate splurge).
Well done to those that have grabbed one

Hope all is well with everyone and big smiley-hug008.gif hugs to everyone in need
Debt -it's a fight that I'm winning, dealing with debt one day at a time.

  • Morning all,

Checking in with NSD #4 for yesterday. I was hoping to get one on Monday but it would appear my DC are both having growth spurts and the fridge was bare yet again. Anyway we're restocked now. I'm out for dinner tonight and as it's a set menu, I have been able to budget for it.

Hope all are well, off to catch up with the read now.

    Good Morning Folks:),

No NSD for me yesterday, as I got some half price steak pieces and made beef, red wine and mushroom casserole when I got in from spin last night. I had to drink a large glass of red to make sure it was suitable for the casserole, but used the rest in the casserole;).
ETO, circuits were fine on Monday night, although I twisted my back a bit and although it is still a little tender, was able to do spin ok last night:)
Charleybear, well done on the fundraising. I hope those poor people get all the help they need very soon and it is sad that people have to suffer that way in the 21st century:(
Kerri, I'm sorry to hear of your bad news and am sending hugs.
I am also sending hugs to anyone who needs them.
    Have a good day folks:)
If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.

  • Sorry to hear about your bad news Kerri :( *hugs* if you would like them.

Thanks Sazzie! I did actually have a 'healthy' bar with me but it wasn't junky enough. Problem is I have no willpower so I actually eat less chocolate when I just buy it when I 'need' it ;) l so admire those people who can keep a stash of chocolate. A colleague keeps a stash in her office desk and it takes every bit of willpower I have not to nab hers at times! (She has said it's okay). Aiming for a NSD today though. Should be a better day with less need for emergency chocolate purchases!
