Only SKY TV and nothing else???

Okeydoke heres the thing,

I currently have the most basic package with Sky which is
Sky TV
Line rental [half price for 6 months] with Sky Talk
Light user broadband.
£36 per month.


I definitely need more broadband MB but I don't want to upgrade to Broadband unlimited as my monthly package will be far too expensive.
Im quite happy with my Sky TV

so
Here are my 2 questions:

Does anyone know if I can cancel my whole package APART from my Sky TV?
And can anyone advise me of the best broadband provider to go to for inexpensive UNLIMITED broadband?

I would ideally have liked to stay with Sky coz have never had any problems with my package but just too expensive and desperately need broadband unlimited.

Tell them you want to cancel the phone and broadband cos you can get it cheaper elsewhere and see if they offer you a deal.

I keep seeing the Plusnet ads which seem to offer cheap unlimited broadband

How much do you currently pay for broadband?

Ive tried the 'Im leaving coz cant afford yr deal anymore', but only managed to get half price line rental for 6 months.

I was with plusnet bout 6 years ago and they were quite good.
i see adverts for broadband companies but need tv etc too. That's why I was wondering if I could keep my sky tv only and get broadband etc elsewhere.
Ive emailed them 3 times but havnt had a straight answer yet.

Sorry don't know how much my broadband is alone as its all part of my package.

you can keep TV on a stand alone service

best bet is to find another supplier with the broadband & phone line

you would like tell Sky what your been offered & its up to them if they will match the offer if they don't just cancel & move.

The basic Sky package is around £21.50, the 2gb broadband is free. Line rental is £15 ish. So you should nbe paying, £36.50 .
Are you sure you have half price line rental?
BTW BB unlimited is £7.50 with talk.

Know what yr probably right my half price deal has probably expired. Ive rang that many times to ask for it its prob just expired again.
