The Advertising Standards Authority wrote basic information on the ASA Website, relating to a complaint about the Conservatory Outlet’s misleading advertising.
The ruling appeared on the ASA’s website on Wednesday 2 October 2013.
I was informed that the complaint related to fake customer testimonials.
Why the need for fake customer testimonials, if the Outlet and their dealers have genuine happy customers?
Thinking of others not just myself :T

This is the fourth thread you have started about this.
Why do you feel it is necessary to start a new thread every time?
Anyway, this is not a Consumer Rights issue.
If anywhere, it should be on the Praise, Vent & Warnings board.0 -

Could be a very odd way of spamming for this conservatory company! If they're stupid enough to use fake testimonials, maybe they're stupid enough to advertise by drawing people's attention to this in posts on a forum0
