Any one had any luck getting their money back from Extak?

I am trying to workout whether they are scammers or incompetent.

My son's laptop never arrived, they have promised a refund. However Google searches don't look promising:(.

I've suggested making a section 75 claim from his credit card, but do not know how long he should wait.

Does anyone else have any experience of them or helpful suggestions?

Check the forum for threads relating to WAE+, which was this company's previous incarnation. You don't say how long you've been waiting, but if it's more than 30 days I'd notify the cc company.
