What's This On My K610i???
I have a K610i which was initially purchased as a PAYG from Tesco Mobile.
I paid enough credit on the phone to have an unlocking code sent from them in order that I could use the phone with my Orange sim contract.
No problem with that, the code worked and I'm able to use my Orange sim. However, there's a blue icon on the top left of the screen right beside the signal icon and I don't know what it is or how to get rid of it!
I've tried turning off, back on, putting Tesco PAYG sim back in etc, but the blue icon is still there!
I'm scared I'm permanently connected to Internet or Wap or something?!
Help!!

Its not a bluetooth type icon is it?
Can u describe this icon a little more?
Does this icon have kind of swirls or something? It could be your 3G reception or something
Internet connection icon is normally a globe:hello:

Shopping Tips
Don't spend five pounds to dry clean a shirt. Donate it to the charity shop instead. They'll clean it and put it on a hanger. Next morning buy it back for two pounds.0 -
The icon is for 3G. If you dont have a 3G sim then I would turn it off as it wil save you battery power
I think its under Settings and Mobile Networks. 0 -
Ooooh that's what it might be! LOL
No, it's definitely not Bluetooth, I tried that one.
Thank goodness for that, I can leave it on now without worrying!
Thanks guys!

ohhhh oooohhhh, I know I know!!!!!

It's 3G signal. Telling you it's using 3G signal and not GSM.
Am I right in assuming it's a Light blue (sky blueish) icon, with a kinda wave in it?
Took me ages to figure it out. Then I switched to GSM only and it disappeared.0 -
I thought it might be Bluetooth!0
