Anybody able to help - Britannia Cooker lamp replacement...

Hi

I'm hoping somebody can help me. I've got a new britannia range cooker and the lamp in the main oven has gone. I called Britannia and was told the instructions were to be found in the installation manual (not the instruction manual); they simply say to unscrew the protective cover!!!!!!!

In order to get that far, I've had to remove the stay clean liners at the top & side; but still can't seem to turn the protective cover to get to the damned bulb... I think I may have to remove the stay-clean liner at the back, but no idea how to do that - reluctant to go to such extremes if not necessary.

Once I've done that, I need to source a replacement and then fit it before I can re-assemble the oven.

Does anybody out there know how to go about this???
