Yes I can read, and it appears you are being a sick trollWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Can we get them banned?
Probably not, but this can be very effective if applied swiftly :rotfl:
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

This is low life responses from someone who thinks its funny. Ignore what was said and focus on the serious messages. Sorry for your loss and I hope this goes away soon. Forget the rights and wrongs and send a copy of the certificate to close this now0

I'm just pointing out that PPC's must have heard many a tale from individuals seeking to have 'proceedings' discontinued and I don't think a letter in the form suggested will wash.
I'd go with other posters who suggest ignore until and if court papers are received, then correspond with the court. And perhaps a statutory declaration by the administrator of the estate maybe required.0 -

A death certificate is a legal document! If a court accepts it as one then a parking company must do! Who on earth would fake such a document? Really your post is nothing more than one to get a reaction.
Now go away so people can advise on here, this thread is not about you!!!When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
