Yes I can read, and it appears you are being a sick troll

Probably not, but this can be very effective if applied swiftly :rotfl:

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

This is low life responses from someone who thinks its funny. Ignore what was said and focus on the serious messages. Sorry for your loss and I hope this goes away soon. Forget the rights and wrongs and send a copy of the certificate to close this now

I'm just pointing out that PPC's must have heard many a tale from individuals seeking to have 'proceedings' discontinued and I don't think a letter in the form suggested will wash.

I'd go with other posters who suggest ignore until and if court papers are received, then correspond with the court. And perhaps a statutory declaration by the administrator of the estate maybe required.

A death certificate is a legal document! If a court accepts it as one then a parking company must do! Who on earth would fake such a document? Really your post is nothing more than one to get a reaction.

Now go away so people can advise on here, this thread is not about you!!!
