Sorry, about this, but has anyone had this problem? I keep trying to enrol, tried on several computers, webbrowsers, cleared cookies etc, and when I try to register the page enters a loop between truprint and snapfish on the webaddress with the mention "request dispatcher", the screen is blank, and it won't stop...
The funny thing is that I was able to enrol and order on one of the computers for a friend but not for me...

Sorry pcg2001, not had that problem. I think there is something about if you already have a snapfish account you can't use this offer - would that apply to you?

After much effort I used a different email address and was able to register. I don't think it is a question of using the offer at all, since there is no way truprint can know I was going to use the mug offer... I was just not able at all to register or login (presuming my email was already in the system) with that email - weird. I don't remenber ever using snapfish, but gave it a try with another email and it worked, I was able to register, upload album and make my order.

I can see it's on the site now but I never noticed it before, maybe I got in before it changed.
