There's a 'confirm' page after that, I'm sure I remember (I wouldn't have sent for it if I wasn't sure the code had worked either) so you see a screen with the -7.99, total to pay 1.99 bit on it before it's irreversible.
  • The code goes in at the bottom of the page.
You have to also confirm when you see the final payment.

Mug is very good quality at £1.99 and arrived so quickly and with quidco an absolute bargain.

I would definitely recommend it. Sideways photos (landscape) are best to use.

Just to let everyone know - if you go through quidco for this it does track and then gets validated very quickly - however a week later - it then shows as DECLINED

So only order this if you are happy to pay the £1.99 postage and are not just ordering to get the £6 back on quidco.

I ordered the mug as a birthday pressie and am really happy with it - yes it would have been nice to get the cash back but £2 for a personalised pressie if great so thanks to the op for this post

    Hope this helps

I've ordered through Rpoints, only £2 cashback but still enough to make it cost-neutral, all OK & tracked so far & I ordered (and received) over 2 weeks ago. I've also found you can use the code more than once by using different email addressess.

FWIW the photos are clear but the quality of the mug & placement of the photo is mediocre, OK for £1.99 but I wouldn't pay the £7.99 RRP for it!

    HTH;)

My £6 from quidco is showing as "received" meaning the payment has been received from the merchant.
