the code does work..from what other posts have said, it has to be in caps and typed in manually not cut and pasted in.my order went through fine first time.

Seems to be a bit hit and miss. I tried this from Hot UK Deals several times last night and today (typing it out, not cut and pasting...) and no joy - still haven't got my mug - nevermind! Good deal for those it is working for anyway!

when you are logging in to truprint make sure it doesnt redirect you to snapfish(same company) as if you have an email account registered with snapfish it will redirect you to their website and the offer is valid on TRUPRINT only.try registering with a new email address or log in with hubbys like i did, as the code is working great for some and not working at all for others...... this is only reason i can think of for it not working for everyone??see below quoted from truprint website.

This is exactly what happened to me, it kept logging me into my snapfish account until i re-registered with Truprint with my work e mail address and then there was no problem at all.

Did anyone notice this message on the Truprint link on Quidco? Does that mean that you can't use the TRYAMUG voucher code and still get the £4 cashback?
