arggghhh, am so cross, it won't accept the code on either mine or dh's account. I've even set up new account and still won't accept the code..any ideas what I'm doing wrong??

if you are copying it from here make sure there are no spaces at the end. Try typing it in rather than copying and pasting, make sure you use caps. Apart from that I can't think of anything

I had the same problem, had to clear eveything out of the basket and do the mug as a single transaction. Bit of a bummer as i was trying to combine P&P.

my son's card and mug came today they shipped them separate even though they were on the same order and charged 2 lots of delivery but still good...£6.00 tracked with quidco and cost of card and mug £6.49 so they cost him 49p can't be bad...:D

Got the 20 photos for 0.99 (postage) and the mug for £1.99 (postage) separately today. The mug looks really nice for £2!! The photos are strange since they crop them because they are digital... I chose not to resize them and go with the traditional size and ended up with a few less heads - they could have done this manually and cut the lower part instead of the head.

Was that just over a month? How long did they stay tracked before showing as validated?
