OK, let's get back to basics...
Unplug the printer from the PC, unplug the cameras, memory cards, in fact everything from it (apart from the keyboard, monitor & mouse)
Does Chrome work on the computer?
Is Chrome set as the default browser?1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
