      Afternoon all

Told the boys it was National Help your Parents Day today and gave them all tasks to do. DS1 still needs nagging to cut the front lawn but the others have done as asked.

Been to Mr A and Mr T to get pumps, hat and gloves for DS3 for his trip.

Lunch all done, just need a quick tidy up in the kitchen whilst the kettle boils.

DS3 has one piece of homework left to do which he can get on with and I might do another HH in the garden (DS2&3 have just about filled ours and next door's wheelie bins with leaves from the horse chestnut tree.

I'll cut neighbours front lawn whilst out there too.

2xWM on the line, quite breezy here so hopefully they'll dry a bit.

hi everyone i hope we are all well.

Got back from blue dolphin on Friday and ds1 has been poorly since then!

I have caught up with washing and ironing, cleaned fridge, oven, hob, grill, microwave and wiped over the appliances, just need to finish dishes of Sunday lunch and wipe the work tops and we are done.... In here anyway lol.

The rest of the house needs some tlc but am going to start that on Monday with next weeks lists.

For now cuppa and cake while ds1+2 are asleep and i can catch up with Fred.

We are on 3rd week of freezer emptying so I need help this week.. Potatoes and pasta are not an issue.. tomorrow is meatballs and spaghetti.. after that I am well and truly stuck...

      Tuna pasta one day
      pork steaks another day
turkey or pork casserole another day
Mash and freezer surprise one day too.. I am doing a MEGA Tesco order for Friday which may involve not paying the mortgage this week.. hopefully all my extra £4 a weeks will negate that missed bit. I won't be paying the bank loan either but I am well ahead on that so it won't matter.

I have 4 tins of spaghetti and 12 tins of tuna in my tin cupboard. The delivery chappy will hate me!! HAHAHAHAHA

DW run and emptied while on the phone giving DS1 an earbending
WM x2 done and 1 on the line.. towels and bedding!
      TD on.. the remaining laundry
binbag of recycling out.. my bins are bursting, thankfully they are being emptied on Tuesday.

small freezer emptied and defrosted yesterday and refilled with the stuff from the shed freezer which is to be filled with Christmas food. I am going to do mince pies some point this week and scones too I think.. I love them but they take a while so if I do them in various batches I can fill the freezer. I'm going to do a box of gravy too.. :D

I will invest in lots of bags of frozen veg and I want to get my gobbler ASAP as well.. I don't want the grotty leftovers! I might have my BIL reserve me one actually.. :D .. I shall compile him a list I think.

Off to make a start on my epic Tesco list and check out what approved foods have on offer as my last one 3 months ago has just about gone.

2 noticeboards put up in the kitchen.. I've wanted some for ages.. I have a white one for shopping and a cork one for school letters and party invites. One day I shall be organised!!

    • When is as emptying my freezer for moving, we had some of the nicest meals @pigpen!

After Christmas I want to get a freezer put in the garage. Means I can stock up in bread & milk. And cook in bulk a lot more.

Not got a lot done today. Got the ironing done.

I have ironed, done lunch and extra mash ready for tomorrow and prepped the veg ready to fling in the SC in the morning.

There are dumplings in the fridge to be added by whichever child gets home first.

And I am bowing out now until the next holidays.

One lodger decluttered this morning and a day spent loafing around because I thought the new one wasn't arriving until Tuesday.

That's the fastest turnaround I've ever done - and I even dusted

Seriously behind on the laundry now because it's rained pretty much nonstop for over two weeks. On the one day the forecast was good enough to justify doing a load and pegged it out, there was no wind and I ended up having to use the TD. I'm on the last change of bedding for the superking so if the forecast doesn't improve I'm going to have to go to the laundrette. Drat it.
      Better is good enough.

Did some ironing this morning but apart from that I decided to have an easy day.........so I've
....printed off 44 copies of a newsletter
....written an agenda and printed that on the back of the newsletters
      ....watched a soppy movie
....almost knitted a cardigan for a bear for a Christmas Fayre

Doesn't look that much but I'm feeling quite relieved to get these jobs sorted.

Hope everyone has had a good weekend.
