Had a bit of a wrestle today.
Bins put out at stupid o'clock as I refused to put them out last night in case young hoodlums decided to strew it all around.
Squalk squalk caused no end of distress, but new phone and broadband on.....but EX going mad as engineer took his ADSL socket. Complaint now raised and waiting for a response.
Also been to specs@vers today, I did very well, got sight test done. Yes I need to have goggles too, but I couldn't quite hang on to get frames ordered, the BD dragged me off so I mumbled an apology and said i would be back.
Stairs washed down, DD4 cage (aka the playpen) washed down, and nowt much else, and I had such high hopes for this week.
DD2 comes home for a short weekend early tomorrow evening, so I need to get straight before then, but out of spoons for tonightThe cold never bothered me anyway0 -

Just off to bed. My Dad went into hospital today for tests (breathing trouble & heart murmur) so I have been looking after my Mum as she is not in dependant and isn't very mobile after breaking her hip a few years ago.
It looks like my plans for the weekend have changed.
Kitchen put to bed0 -
dancemum I hope both your parents are ok.
Well I didn't post yesterday because I managed nothing except for dailies. Today has been similar. But we did go shopping for some bits we needed and got quite a few Christmas presents which was an unexpected bonus. I have just done my week's menu and shopping list for tomorrow.
Tomorrow I will also plat catch up with the lists. The bedroom, bathroom, study room all need a good clean. Downstairs needs a hoover round. Also got many WM loads to do.0 -
Kitchen has been todays mission after the party last night it was horrific.. 4th load in the DW now.. cooker cleared and the table and 2 of the 3 work surfaces.. anyone who saw this mornings video of the girls on FB can vouch for the state of it in there!
