My OH works in Eastern Russia. That building has the same look as the buildings there.0 -

Does the charge for cockroach exterminators come in with the service charge or is it extra:rolleyes:0 -
In fairness, that is a LOT of Zone 2 space for not a lot of money. Unlike the property we were originally discussing on this thread, it does at least have the advantage of being walking distance from Central London. What's more, I'm sure the views must be fab (I pass this block on the bus daily, and it really does directly overlook the park).
Unfortunately, the building is part of the biggest sink-estate in the area. It's horrible. It's in really poor condition and is riddled with drugs, teenage pregnancy, crime and antisocial behaviour.
As I said before - lovely.

I visited the first estate a few years ago, and it really is as bad as you would imagine, with disembodied voices and misleading blind alleys. Someone really should name and shame the politicians and builders responsible.
What is really shocking is that families are expected to live like that, slap bang in the middle of the Thames Gateway, one of the biggest regeneration projects in Europe. Although I can't help thinking the new "luxury" barrack block apartments going up will be the slums of the future.Been away for a while.0 -
Someone should name & shame the EA who could describe a house as having "a large dollop of windows"!!!!!!!!:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:Thanks to all who post comps :A :T0

did you see the bit at the bottom
"N.B. This property may not be considered as security by some major lenders and is unsuitable for purchasers without a large deposit."0
