Internet security - any recommendations?

Hi, Just wondered if any one has any recommendations... My current subscription to Norton runs out next month and the online renewal seems very pricey so I was wondering whether anyone could recommend a good alternative? And is it cheaper to buy a security package from a retailer (eg curries/pc world) or download online?…

If you are a Barclays customer you get free internet security. Its Kaspersky and works fine for me.

Also quite often your internet provider will give you free internet security. I have it with talktalk but i don't use it as i use the Kaspersky. Virgin as well!
