Where to buy a leather sofa (with great customer service!)

me and my ex got my sofa from scs, after i ordered the sofa, i looked on net at reviews and was horrified about what i read, but to be fair, everything went smoothly delivery guys were excellent (in a proper scs wagon), taking off my front door, we also ordered a bed and mattress from them online, the bed feels pretty well made, but the mattress is a bit poor, but it wasn't expensive, however the delivery contractors for the online department was well dodgy, some horrible foreigners that didnt give a !!!! that not everything was there

ive got one of them speakers built into the couch, its pretty decent sound and bluetooth as well, made up with it

id stay clear from their warranty thing tho, sales rep was giving it the all, until he let slip it doesn't cover ware and tear ha

Thanks for everyone's advice with this. The folks ended up getting the one they really liked from CSL in Nottingham. Very helpful sales staff. Really annoying thought that they just would not move on the price. Tried everything I've ever seen to try to get them down but nope! Anyway, the folks are happy so hopefully they won't have any problems with it down the line.

One came up on my facebook news feed for a 3 2 1 sofa (nudesign furniture) maybe not a recliner but the price made me take a second look. Never bought off them though so couldn't comment on quality but looks ok for 600 quid. good luck :beer:
