Even their e-mail/message support has been down for many months. Don't know if it's up now.
After this EE adventure their CS went down the toilet.0 -
Live chat died months ago, and there's no email support anymore.
There's a Twitter acc (but they take about 24 hours to reply, it is no way real time).
There's a Facebook acc too, but the response time to pm's is about 2 to 3 days. I've just used it.
If you want to talk about upgrades, the only way is to call them.0 -
Actually live chat does work, you just have to wait for an operator to become avaliable, and a pop up appears, asking if you want to chat to an orange reprsntive.0

Well actually when chatting to Hayley from Orange, she did discuss my upgrade options, however i was undecided yesterday, so not sure if she would have processed my upgrade, today i upgraded via the phone.0
